Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement changes in category-wise departments, windows and focal points according to the festivals, events and product performance
  • Plan and supervise VM requirements in new and existing outlets (accessories, mannequin and VM enhancement)
  • Support in planning and executing window installations, special promotion displays and in-store communication.
  • Research VM and fashion trends locally and globally through market and online surveys and share reports with the supervisor.
  • Liaison with all concerned departments eg. Design, Marketing, Product manager and Procurement for smooth execution of VM
  • Coordinate with producer or vendor for the development of VM fixtures, display props production & installations, mannequin repair and inventory management.
  • Conduct VM floor audit and maintain retail standards as per benchmark.

Qualifications:


Education:

  • A Bachelor's Degree from any reputed university

Experience:

  • 3 years of experience, preferably in visual merchandising/interior design/graphics design

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in design software e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD &3D Max.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of color, texture, pattern concept, fashion, and visual merchandising trends
  • Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint
  • Should have analytical and creative flair
